Working with us to create a new logo design or improve your existng logo design has never been easier. Here is how its done with our professional design team:
Logos serve to represent a given organization or company through a visual image that can be easily understood and recognized. A logo generally involves symbols, stylized text, or both. Logos are often created by a graphic artist in consultation with a company and marketing experts.
A well-designed logo builds trust by validating your professionalism and gets people to stick around. It tells potential clients who you are, what you do, and how that benefits them. It communicates to people with no prior knowledge or experience with your business that you do great work.
The first quality great logos share is that they're relevant to the markets their companies target. More importantly, they clearly communicate a brand's personality and identity. A primary component is the use of colors in your logo, which can trigger different emotions and show your brand's personality to consumers.
Mature companies typically redesign their logo when their market strategy completely changes or if they see seriously declining sales and revenue. Smaller businesses can consider a redesign if their initial brand message isn't getting across to their customers with their current design. It is called Re-Branding.
These are lettermark logos that consist of letters, brand initials, or letters; for example, the CNN Logo, HP Logo, and NASA Logo. They’re the initials of a few famous businesses with rather lengthy names. The lettermark is all about simplicity and abbreviation. For example, instead of Cable News Network, you simply say CNN. By utilizing just a few letters, lettermark logos are effective at streamlining any company brand if they have a long name.
This is a font-based logo that focuses on a business’ name alone. Think of Coca-Cola Logo, Google Logo, and Amazon Logo. Wordmark logos work really well when a company has a distinct name because, in this case, the name itself is the logo. Here, the name is catchy and memorable, so when combined with good font typography, this logo type helps create strong brand recognition.
A pictorial mark (sometimes called a brand mark or logo symbol) is an icon or graphic-based logo. It’s probably the image that comes to mind when you think of a "logo", for example, the iconic Apple logo, the former Twitter bird logo, and the Shell petrol station logo. A true brand mark is only an image. Because of this, it can be a tricky logo type for new companies, or those without strong brand recognition, to use.
An abstract mark is a specific type of pictorial logo. Instead of being a recognizable image, it’s an abstract geometric form that represents your business. Famous examples include the NBC Peacock logo, the divided circle of Pepsi, and the CBS Eye logo. This condenses your brand into a single image with different components.
Mascot logos are logos that have an illustrated character like the Michelin Tyres Logo, Pringles, and WWF Logo. Often colorful, sometimes featuring illustrations of faces or cartoons, and most always fun. The mascot logo is a great way to create your very own brand spokesperson. Think of all those mascots (figures like cartoons) at sporting events and the great dynamic they create by getting involved with the audience!
This is a combined wordmark or lettermark and a pictorial mark, abstract mark, or mascot. The picture and text can be laid out side-by-side, stacked on top of each other, or integrated together to create an image. Examples include the Nissan Logo, NBA Logo, and Puma Logo. The association between the name and symbol is very important in combinations.
These are descriptive logos that try to explain the intention with illustrations inside the logo. An emblem is representational. It is a composition of different items for meaning; for example, the Uganda Coat of Arms, Uganda Aids Commission, and The Buganda Kingdom Emblem. These logos tend to have a traditional appearance about them that can make a striking impact, thus they are often the go-to choice for many schools, organizations, kingdoms, or government agencies.
